On October 31st, 2019 the Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations was formally notified by the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office as to the successful prosecution in the case of People of California v. D. Rose. In this case the claimant alleged to have suffered a back injury while moving a wheelchair into a loading space on the bus.

On October 16th, 2019, the Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was formally notified by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office regarding the arrest and arraignment based upon a documented referral submitted. In this particular case, the claimant worked at a winery and alleged to have suffered an injury to his lower back, neck and thigh.

On September 20th, 2019, the Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was formally notified by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office regarding the successful prosecution in the case of People of California vs. R. Natividad.  In this particular case, the claims examiner detected contradictory information regarding the AOE/COE aspects of the claim.

On August 19th, 2019, the Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was formally notified by the United States Attorney General’s Office regarding the conviction of Dr. Wendell Street.  This particular case initiated from a questionable workers’ compensation claim filed against the Hesperia School District.

The Special Investigation Unit of RJN Investigations was formally notified by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office Worker Compensation Fraud Unit as to the issuance of a felony arrest warrant for the claimant. In this particular case, the claimant worked as a Teacher for the Orange County Department of Education.

The Special Investigation Unit of RJN Investigations was notified by the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office as to the successful prosecution in the case of the people of California vs. J. Garcia. In this case, the claimant alleged to have sustained injuries to multiple body parts throughout the course of his employment.

On June 20th, 2019, the Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was notified regarding the successful prosecution in the case of People of California vs. S. Franco Jr. and M. Flores. In this case, the primary treating physician informed the claims examiner that the claimant had admitted to him that she never attended the vocational rehabilitation school that charged the claim file.

The Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was notified by the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office in regard to the arraignment of a school district’s instructional aide based upon a documented referral. In this particular case, the examiner detected significant red flag indicators and as such, authorized a surveillance level investigation.

The Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was formally notified by the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office in regard to the successful prosecution of a custodian employed by the Simi-Valley Unified School District. In this particular case, the claimant alleges to have sustained injuries to his right shoulder while pulling trash bags out of the cans.

The Special Investigation Unit of RJN Investigations was notified by the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office as to the successful prosecution in the case of the people of California Vs. J. Garcia. In this case, the claimant was alleging to have suffered from injuries to multiple body parts throughout the course of his employment.
