The Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was notified by the Marin County District Attorney’s Office regarding the upcoming arraignment and felony charges filed against a California licensed physician.
Based on a Demand Letter provided by the Marin County District Attorney’s Office, the RJN SIU began to work with their investigative staff pertaining to a criminal investigation on a California licensed physician.
The Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was notified of the successful prosecution of a claimant who was employed as a Farm Laborer in Kern County. The claimant in this case alleged to have sustained injuries to her left hand, left wrist, left forearm, left elbow and left shoulder as a result of an incident that occurred in June of 2015. A surveillance investigation was subsequently authorized, and the claimant was observed active and conducting activities that she testified during a deposition she was unable to do.
The Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was recently notified by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office regarding the arrest and arraignment based on a documented referral submitted. In this particular case, the examiner received a tip indicating the claimant was working for his own construction company while out on a workers’ compensation claim, collecting TTD benefits.
The Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was notified that the Orange County District Attorney’s Office filed felony insurance fraud charges based upon a documented referral submitted. In this case, both husband and wife claimants worked as police officers for the City of Tustin.
The Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was notified that the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office had filed 15 felony insurance fraud charges based upon a documented referral submitted. In this particular case, the claimant worked as a packer and alleged to have suffered a work-related injury to her wrists, hands, right shoulder and neck.
The Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was recently notified by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office of the criminal filing based upon a documented referral submitted to their department. In this case, a correctional officer with the County alleged while working in the jail, that a co-worker intentionally reclined his chair while the claimant was walking by, causing her to hit the counter and suffer injuries to her right upper extremities.
RJN SIU was notified that the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office filed two felony counts against the claimant. In this case, the claimant was employed as a full-time County Maintenance Construction Worker. He alleged that while changing road signs, he tripped and landed on his right shoulder.
On November 28th, 2023, the Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was notified of the successful prosecution of a claimant who was employed as a Janitor in Fresno County. In this case, the claimant alleges to have sustained injuries to his back and right shoulder while waxing floors.
On November 7th, 2023, the Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was formally notified by the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office of the recent outcome of a criminal hearing pertaining to restitution. This hearing was in reference to the case of People of California vs.
