On March 10th, 2023, the Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was notified of the successful prosecution of two sisters in Sonoma County. In this case, the claimant alleges to have suffered a seizure and claimed it to be work related. Flynn. In this case, initial red flag indicators were detected pertaining to the processing of workers’ compensation policies by a management firm on behalf of 17 separate companies.
Special Education Teacher Convicted of Workers’ Compensation Insurance Fraud
The Special Investigative Unit of RJN Investigations, Inc. was notified by the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office of the successful prosecution in the case of People of California vs. F. Cerchio. In this particular case, the claimant was employed as a Special Education Teacher who allegedly suffered an injury to her left thumb and left hand.
Surfer Arrested for Insurance Fraud in Ventura County
